Duplicate Invoice Reporting - Incorporate From and To Periods
The Jobpac AP potential duplicate invoices reports "List Duplicate Invoices", "Invoice Duplicates (Same Creditor)" & "Invoice Duplicates (Different Creditor)" would be beneficial with a Start & Finish Period selection option.
Running these reports currently outputs data since inception dating back 20 + years & some 650 pages to review.
Further, there is no excel output make data analysis almost impossible.
My suggestion is to add a start / finish Period selection and excel export to these 3 reports.

Hi Jack, there is currently no setting for this but I believe they may show
in the Potential Duplicate Invoice Reports (post mortem)
I like the suggestion though.

Hi Andrew,
Further to this is their a setting that can trigger a warning if a duplicate invoice has been entered to the wrong creditor with the exact same invoice number and amount? Similar to the one where if a invoice has been registered for the 2nd time to the same creditor it either comes up with the warning that its on the pending file or if approved takes you to the original approved invoice?
