Consolidated General Ledger Detail Transaction Enquiry

Currently the GL Consolidation Enquiry will only drill down to GL balances by Work ID. To see transaction detail you then have to select each Work ID separately.

It would be helpful to be able to drill into transaction detail for all Work ID's in the selected Consolidation Level on a single screen/report and then be able to download to Excel.

We use BI to do this, however not all our Finance users have BI licenses, or may not use BI often enough to be certain they are generating the correct information without some trial and error. This functionality would save a lot of time with transaction analysis.

In the same context it would then also be very helpful to add a Consolidation Level selection box to the General Ledger Detail Report (like you can in the Trial Balance Report).

And while I'm writing my wish list for Santa, a Job Number selection box in the General Ledger Detail Report would also be great. I'm not aware of any other way to see both Revenue and Cost transaction detail for a single job, without using BI.
