Approvals: Same User Can Have Different Within Budget and Over Budget Amounts
To control spending that has exceeded budget.
For example, if the budget was $500 000.
If the cost is running below budget, we are happy for the low ranking users to approver POs up to say $10 000 without any higher approval.
But once the cost is running over budget, we would want to monitor more closely, so the low ranking user would only be able to approve say $2 000. And anything higher would require a additional approvers.
