Password function to change Suppliers when PO is approved
Currently there is a parameter (APPPO line 17) to enable/disable changing the supplier of a PO once approved. One would normally disable users making the change as this could lead to one PO going to more than one supplier. However, it does become necessary at odd times. It would be good if this was allowed via a password, so that only certain users can change the supplier instead of having to turn the parameter on and off every time a genuine change is required.
