Upon login, if the user does not select a Work ID before a menu function, Jobpac Connect just presents the spinning wheel. The user then needs to log out and log back into Jobpac to continue.

Hi Andrew
They do get the screen to select a Work ID but gravitate to the menu. I wouldn't have thought about it until I was assigned the issue to investigate, asked the user to show me what they do, and then watched them re-create it!
thanks mate, Got it. yes because in most cases they should have a WorkID
previously selected. Interesting though because normally for new users they
will get prompted to select a WorkID as their first task. ie the WorkID
selection screen should automatically pop up.
We might be able to fix this though as per your original suggestion.
cheers
Andrew
I will add some clarification. This is when a new user initially logs in and an environment has not been previously selected. It doesn't present a good starting point.
