Hi Lifen,
We already have Invoice Approvals but you need to use the eInvoicing module
for that. You are correct in that the Post Invoices function can bypass
that security. The best idea would be to make the Post invoices function
either non accessible by menu security or completely remove it to force all
invoices to go through the eInvoicing Module.
