In the Monthly Comparative P&L, the YTD Actual column is not the sum of the report, it is the sum of the FYTD. Depending on for what period you run the report, this can be misleading as it is not obvious. For example, if you run the report to Dec (ie calendar year), then the YTD actual column is the sum of Jul-Dec.
I feel it should be a sum of the 12 months the report covers (same for budget), OR the header should be renamed to FYTD to make it more clear.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Thanks Shaun & Alex,
I have scheduled this standard report for review.
In the meantime, if you need something a bit more urgently, we could build
exactly the view you need via the Jobpac BI.
cheers
Andrew
& also in the Yearly Comparative P&L
The prior year column is titled Year to Date even though it is the full prior Financial year (12 months) & therefore in reality useless as a comparison to the current year Year to Date position (same for PDF & Excel versions)
So the question becomes is this actually an error in the report that needs correcting - rather than a suggestion box improvement request?
thanks Alex.
I should say - I was unsure if to log this as a support ticket or suggestion.
