AR Invoice created to be called the Invoice No - for example "Inv No 000123" rather than "AR Invoice"
At the moment when we create a new AR invoice in Jobpac, that is emailed to the customer, the description that appears on the pdf file attachment is "AR Invoice". If there is more than one invoice being emailed to a customer each attachment invoice will have the description of "AR Invoice", so you don't really know which invoice is which until you open up the attachment. This can be a tedious task to for the receiver to open up each invoice to identify a specific invoice.
Having the pdf attachment being called or named the invoice number would certainly streamline the process especially when we are looking or searching for a particular email in outlook and would help the sender when drafting an email so they do not need to open the email attachment to quote the invoice number in the email. This would be obvious from the attachment name, eg. Invoice No 000123
I think this would provide great benefit and save time for both the receiver and the sender of the invoice.
