Speed up selection of approvers for Multiline PO Approval

Currently when processing a multiline PO especially for GL coding (like credit cards) it can take up to 15 minutes to select the approvers for each GL account or job. A suggestion would be to first choose the approver and the system could match all the lines that the approver is allowed to approve.

    We have the same issue when processing registration renewals directly to an asset. Our recent renewal was 215 line items!
