Increase number of characters on AP invoices
We are finding many more suppliers are using invoice numbers greater than 9 characters long, which means we have to truncate invoice numbers when they are registered. While our process is to use the characters from the right, this opens the room for error and the incorrect inv number being entered, increasing the risk for double payments.

We have raised this issue as well. It's a particular worry when you are using a bolt on software than can allow for 10+ characters, but those numbers are adjusted when posting into Jobpac.
