Email remittance contact to automatically feed through to subcontract payment schedule or authority and RCTI
Saves time moving through multiple screens to add the same information in. Also leaves no room for missed emailed reports when payments are made.

I'm pretty sure if the Creditor RCTI email is not setup it will default to
the next level which is the Remittance email but the tricky thing is the
email address and RCTI method can be overridden at SC Agreement level. I
think what we need is an option when you change the settings at creditor
level to ask the question "Do you want this change to update all agreements
for this creditor Yes/No" or similar. Its a good idea Jesika.

We don���t go down the route of RCTIs. Your response triggered me to find out why. But also, does that mean that the Payment Authority���s/Payment schedules are sent off the remittance email or if nothing is there nothing is sent?
I can see the RCTI section but today I have had to specifically go into each subcontract and ensure the correct boxes are ticked or the email address has been entered. I just meant it would be nice if it filtered through and you didn���t have to think about it, same for if you change the remittance email, it would be good if there was an automation to it all.

This can be set up in Creditor Maintenance on the same page as the
remittance email contact. Look for the RCTI email Contact field
