There are situations where the projects team have access to all projects within a Work ID but should not have access to Locations. Its onerous having to enter all the job numbers for each user through Job Access by User. A 4th option within Work ID Access for "All Jobs and Not All Locations" would be super helpful

Sorry Dee! My fault I read incorrectly. You are right and it is a good
suggestion. Let me see what we can do.
cheers

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the reply. When using those steps, I can't see the option you mentioned "All Jobs but Not All Locations" within the next screen.
Thanks,
Dee
Hi Dee,
this is possible already by using the WorkID access option.
Step 1. remove all access for a User if there is any set up.
Step 2. you can either select "All Work ID's" or not
Step3. Do not select All Jobs

Step4. On the next screen use the radio buttons to select All Jobs but Not
all Locations.
cheers
