Ability to get Jobpac to automatically check and send request of Expired Insurance, Stat Dec, Signed Areement &Deed of Release

It is planned to cover the following:

  • Expired Mandatory Insurances

  • Statutory Declarations

  • Signed SC Agreements Returned

  • Final Deed of Release Notes Returned.

  1. User will run a menu option that will identify all expired insurances, and other required documents not yet provided by subcontractors. This will look only at posted invoices not yet paid.

  2. These Invoices will be written to a SC Notification Expiry Audit file, and displayed on an Enquiry screen as a list if invoices with reasons they were selected.

  3. These invoices can be filtered, and individual ones de-selected

  4. A process can then be run to send notices directly to the subcontractors advising them of documents they need to update.

  5. The Sent invoices will be written permanently to this file for audit purposes.

  6. A download of this file will be available.
