Bring Back Unlock Subcontract

In the last release subcontract unlock was removed and moved to automatic... This can take a long time which does cause some anguish, can we please bring this back?

    Hi James,
    Can you please log this as a case for resolution. There should be no delay
    if a User is not legitimately locking an agreement.
    I will also ask the team but if you could log as a case this will ensure we
    get back to you with a resolution.
