When an invoice arrives at the Edit eInvoice Screen and is assigned to a job, there is no way to reallocate to a location.
In fact, if the user tries to reallocate to a location (for example, they enter OFFICE), the invoice is then allocated to a job called OFFICE.
This is true even when there is NO job called OFFICE.
The result is the invoice pretty much disappears (because it is allocated to a non-existent job number). There is no warning and the user does not know they are allocating to a job that doesn't exist and that the invoice will "disappear".
It feels like a bug but the support team were very resistant and so the result is this suggestion.
