BPAY Ref- Ability to add New Reference number at Register screen

It would be helpful to be able to add in NEW BPAY reference number at the point of registering invoices. we receive hundreds of invoices on a daily basis and new BPAY accounts come in all the time which means that when we are in the process of registering and we receive a new bpay we have to go out of that screen and into the maintenance screen to add the new bpay then back to register screen to continue....

    Hi Miranda,
    This design decision was made in conference with customers due to the
    security concerns. Customers wanted to lock down the ability to add new
    BPay Ref numbers so that registration users cant simply direct funds where
    they want to. I would be very interested in your thoughts on the security
    aspect of allowing entry at registration time. We may be able to allow and
    parameterise in future releases if it makes sense. Let me know.
