Our problem with this suggestion is that we have custom menus and custom security - Jobpac can't know how to add new menus/programs into the custom menus. The security/access settings for menus and programs is pretty complicated. I'd like to see a complete overhaul where you can just select the menu paths an individual user has access to, with the ability to copy a menu structure from another user. The existing security by menu, menu access and security level is very difficult to apply across multiple roles in a large organization.
