AP Import template issues
The new AP invoice import process is delightfully fast, but has some shortcomings compared to the old GUI one.
The main thing is the lack of header area where you can set an invoice description, total amount, total GST etc. I imported an invoice with several hundred dissections (a Telstra bill) and the total was out due to rounding. I assume that if a line was missed or there was an error with a particular dissection then it may still post all other lines as it doesn't have an invoice "total" to reconcile to. This is not good!
It is also not ideal that the first dissection description becomes the entire invoice description.
The complete lack of errors in the cloud import is also very problematic, making trouble shooting variances or errors almost impossible.
These issues need to be fixed in the cloud before support for the GUI is stopped. Difficult to get my users to transition to the cloud when they face these problems every day.

This has shipped.
We have scheduled a development item for the next Quarter to include a
header record upload, Energy details as our starting point. For error
handling we will need to incrementally improve if all errors are not show
correctly in the spreadsheet.
