Access to PO Maintenance by right Click from the PO approval screen

The CA/PM need an easy way to change allocation on a PO before approving it. The PO maintenance should be easily accessible from the PO approval screen by right click. the PO maintenance should be access as a popup so the approval screen remains open and refresh once the popup windows is closed.

that is a good point Julie too. I think we can currently force
reapproval on Cost Centre change by configuration. So I guess if that is
off then it would be perfectly reasonable...

Well the Notes is a winner. We definitely want to do that but it will be a
    longer term project.
We could also parameterise the option under the approval rules so that
customers could activate the flexibility if they want.
I think this will all feed into our Approvals evolution as we move forward.
Thanks for your interest in Product Julie!

What stop the 2nd and third approver from making this change now by going to the maintain PO sub-menu?

Hi Andrew, that's a good point. Would the approval audit and notes be useful for people who use multiple approvers?

Conceptually what are your thoughts though when using multiple
    sequential or parallel approvers.
Ie if one approver approves it with the current cost centres and then the
second approver changes them does that render the first approval invalid?
lets say the second approver changes the cost centres and then the 3rd
approver changes them again? Let me know your thoughts.
    cheers
    Andrew

The procurement process often involves a person with "boots on the ground" that doesn't know much about the budget and cost centres etc.

So it would be great if the approver could easily right-click and reallocate the commitment to the correct cost centre before approving it. Rejecting it or leaving the screen completely is not efficient.
