Allow subcontractors to log on and insert their own monthly claim

Subcontractors should have the ability to log on claim what they want. This cuts out the administrators doing the work

  This is of course a Brilliant Idea. At this stage we have no plans to build a SC Portal however and interface with Payapps for that purpose. I personally hope one day in the future we can do this but nothing planned in the near, medium or long term at this stage.
