Must Attach Invoice When Registering Invoices

Hi Jobpac,

I can see there is a prompt to upload the invoice, however the system allows for no invoices to be uploaded. Can there be a block until a pdf invoice is attached?

  Alternatively, it would be great to be able to audit which AP transactions do and don't have an attachment so it was easy to find those which have attachments missing.
