As a smaller business we are not strictly able to have a separation/segregation of duties for tasks as a key internal control due to resource/staff constraints. In order to overcome this, I would like a report that we can run weekly/monthly that allows me to check that users have not crossed over and processed transactions not within their job responsibilities. This will hopefully enhance our ability to eliminate errors and fraud within our company. The report will be a flat file with all users that have registered, coded, batched and authorised supplier invoices. The report will show 1. User 2. Supplier 3. Invoice No 4. Date of Transaction, 5. Amount 6. PO # . There may be a cross over of modules here between Finance and Projects. I will mark Finance in the category question below. Look forward to hearing from you.
