Favourites links disappear and moves to a Folder - Glitch

Favourite menu Links from the Favourite Section disappears and it moves to a Favourite folder. It is quite annoying as the menu disappears and we need to find the menu again and put it back to the Favourite section again. Also, most of the time it moves to one of the favourite folders so we need to delete it as it is duplicated.

    Hi Tom,
    Could you please log this as a bug on the support portal. This should not
    be happening and should be treated as an issue.
    Also If you have the steps to replicate the issue include that in your case.
    In the meantime I will also thrash the area to see If I can reproduce
    myself.
