Purchase requisitons

Having the ability for a purchase requisition to be raised by staff in the field. Information required by them would be part number, quantity and job number. Once the requisition is approved the purchasing staff would be notified and the details from the requisition would be auto-populated in the purchase order. The procurement staff would then select the preferred supplier(if 1 hasn't been established for the part) and enter pricing. This would remove the current inefficiencies of using email requests and/or external applications/program to fill the gap in Jobpac process capability.
