Show a Cash Up column in the Preprocessing Report

When you have cash ups and you run the Payroll Preprocessing Report - Summary Version Summary, there is no Cash Up column nor is it included in any of the other columns like Taxable Allowances. It is included in the Total Taxable Gross Amount, so the columns do not add up. It is therefore not visible if an employee Cashes up Annual leave. When you are comparing this week to last week figures there is an anomaly which is not explained in any of the other columns. Ideally it would be good to have a separate column in the allowances section, but would also be ok if it were to be included in the Taxable Allowance amount. Please refer to case 31424571 for more info and where it was requested that this be put into the suggestion box.
