Is it possible to archive work ID's?
I have changed their names and moved their numerical orders and disabled them, however they still appear in maintain parameters? Was just hoping to remove all the other data which is not needed.

The full workID and all its data could be deleted OR it could be moved to a
different database for archiveing purposes and deleted from the original
database. So you could have an Archived WorkID database. Similar to your
Test WorkID which has its own database. The WorkID numbers however could
not be reused as this is your link to the archived data in whatever
database it lives in.

Would the deletion remove all data? Would you be able to retrieve it again if needed?
I feel like deletion is an extreme case for us specifically.

There are options for WorkID deletio. There may be a tech services cost but
it wouldnt be too much I dont think. Should you wish to proceed please
