On April 2nd, all Suggestion Boxes will be migrating to The Network, Trimble's online user community. Your posts, votes, comments, and user accounts will transfer. This site will become read-only after the migration, and this banner will have a link to the new location for Jobpac suggestions.
Attached payapps claim approval and RCTI to AP invoice in Jobpac
When the claim is approved, these documents are emailed to us and the subcontractor, but we have to save them manually in Jobpac after we post authority for payment. We are currently manually updating our AP invoices to include substantiating docs. It would be great if this could be automated.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

This is really a fundamental task that should be automated. Bit disappointing that it's not already addressed.
Same goes for EarlyTrade. Please update the API so PDF documents can be pushed from external apps to Jobpac.
