When using the "Budget maintenance" function (2.4.6.1) or "Budget upload" (2.4.6.6) in the desktop version of Jobpac to enter budgets for the next FY, there is no way to report on what has been entered or uploaded - until you roll to that FY. For example, if we are importing budgets in May 2018 for the 2018-19 FY, we can't run a report to check what has been imported until we roll to JUL18. You can investigate one GL at a time, but that's crazy! I raised this issue over 2 years ago and nothing has been done to assist.
I also note these functions do not exist in the cloud.
