A manager responsible for approving invoices has asked how to see the PO details for the invoice. Whilst in Approve Invoice Batch you can go Review Batch Details/PO Enquiry/Values and see what has been invoiced against each line item of the PO, it does not include the current invoice values, or remaining values.
A basic check of a manager is to compare the invoice value to the PO value. When you have multiple lines and multiple invoices against a single PO this isn't easy to do the way it is at the moment. It would be ideal if you could see the "this invoice" values plus "total including this invoice" so it's very easy to see if a PO line is going to be exceeded. Totals in this screen would also be ideal as Senior Managers are usually looking at invoice/PO totals not line details.
I know there are parameters that restrict matching an invoice to a PO where the PO line doesn't have sufficient value remaining, but we don't want this.
