Add a System Parameter to prevent WKID changes in the Edit Pending Invoice screen
Currently the option allows you to change job allocation which is the function we we wish to keep. But it also allows you to change the job that exist in another WKID – in doing so it changes the AP invoice to that WKID which the invoice was not address to.
