Re-install Parameter MANDPO so that invoices more than a certain dollar value must be linked to a Purchase Order
We used to have this parameter in place, but it stopped functioning after the Advanced Approval process was implemented.
The parameter prevents high-value invoices being paid without a purchase order.
This parameter also strengthens internal risk controls by improving the accuracy of committed cost forecasting.

Assurance phase.

We are of the understanding that the parameter MANDPO was available as part of the old approval system, however it doesn't form part of the newer Advanced Approvals. It would be great if this paramter can be reinstated as it is an important tool for cost control. Happy to discuss further..
