occ health and safety incident register

in payroll > employee information > hr menu > more > occ health and safety > incident register there is no facility to upload attachments, as there is in many other areas of jobpac connect. it rather defeats the usefulness of the feature, as one therefore needs to keep the incident register in jobpac, but still retain the associated documentation somewhere else.
