Hi Kate,
Do you have the workflow set up whereby
- if the user selects an invoice on the Prepare Invoices for Approval
Screen
- And the Invoice has a PO
- Then the Delivery docket matching screen will be automatically
launched?
- After Delivery docket matching the PO Matching screen will display to
confirm values.
- Then the user will be taken to the Dissections screen with the
dissections already created from the DD Matching process?
OR
- if the user selects an invoice on the Prepare Invoices for Approval
Screen
- And the Invoice has a PO
- The user will be taken to the Dissections screen.
- Then the user would need to take the action option to match to
delivery dockets?
cheers
Andrew
