In Payroll > Employee Information > Payroll Enquiry > Right click an employee and press Pay History
When I need to re-print payslips for an employee, or for any purpose, the payslips present info (such as address, job title, etc.) that is true for the current moment in time, rather than what was true at the point in time in which we processed the pay. If someone's job title has changed, or they have moved and changed their address, looking back over the pay history in the payroll enquiry screen only shows what the information is currently.
If an employee needed copies of their previous payslips as some kind of proof of address for a previous address they had, or something similar, I would not be able to do this in the pay history screen- unless I am mistaken.
