Add "Recalculate Entitlements" action option under Employee Accruals

When reviewing, auditing or rebuilding or implementing leave accruals we are often flicking between the "Recalculate Entitlements" utility and the "Employee Accruals" screen. It would be ideal to have a "Recalculate Entitlements" option under the Actions menu of the Recalculate Entitlements screen.

This would call the Recalculate Entitlements screen and pre-populate the filter with the active employee code. When the utility has been run, it would return to (and refresh) the Employee Accruals screen.
