Add the ability to attached Text to a PO for the requester to send to the approver to review
Currently you can add text when a review rejects a PO.
It would be a great advantage to be able to add Text to a PO that is just additional information from the requester to the approver(s) when they look at reviewing the PO request. This would be freeform and not display on the PO anywhere it is just information for the review/approval process.
