Report to list the AR Invoice/Claims including the status (P/U/I) instead of needing to go into the menu. It is way too easy for a QS to open an AR Claim, click OK or enter a date and accidentally change the status, but they often need to check the status. It would be good to see the info from the summary screen of transaction line items such as the status, date, etc, but also be able to see the claimed value from the detail screen.

Thank you for your reply. On the claim history report, you can see if the claim is certified or uncertified but cannot see P/U/I AR status. P status doesn't show at all. It would be hand if the QS's were able to check what AR status the claim is sitting at because they need to communicate with the AR team throughout the month sometimes when a claim is entered and again when a claim is certified. Sometimes the certified values are entered and it doesn't flow through to the AR claim. Sometimes a QS has forgotten to do the final print, so AR doesn't see anything or they have done the final print and the claim is sitting at a P status waiting for AR to review and it's handy for them to know what AR can see. If we turn off the QS ability to go into AR Claim/Invoice, there is no way for the QS to see what stage the claim is at with AR.

Hi,
You should be able to see the status of claims and a full claim summary on
the Claim History Report.
I would also have a chat to a Jobpac Consultant to se if you can implement
some menu access control to ensure QS's only have access to the right
functions. It may help.
