ALLOW JOB ACCESS BY REPORTING UNITS ETC (LIKE BUSINESS RULES FOR ADVANCED APPROVALS)
It would be extremely useful to provide job access by Job Group / Reporting Unit / Reporting Sub Unit or Job Type similar to the options available in advanced approvals setup.
At present the options are either give someone ALL in a Work ID or do it job by job. As an example we have different divisions with different managers and therefore we can only maintain job access one by one, but within the advanced approvals we can do authorisation by our set reporting units.
We've just completely re-formatted our reporting units etc to work with the approvals so it would be great that job access would be easy to maintain in the same way.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
