Max retention on Head Contract Progress Claim to based on Price field in Variation, not Expected
For the purposes of head contract progress claim/retention administration the Submitted Price of Unapproved variations should be used rather than the Expected Price as is currently the case (given that the Expected Price is for the purposes of internal forecasting and is not communicated to the client).
